Eric is very easy to work with and very attentive to making your dreams come true!! I have never had better customer service! I recommend him and his knowledge of hot tubs to any one looking or needing repairs! Edited to add Eric is so helpful and always there for any question. He also has products for purchase for your hot tub, which is awesome! I did not know this, very happy to know I can continue to support a local business person. Very knowledgeable.
The owner, Eric is extremely knowledgeable and set us up with a fantastic used/like new hot tub! This was our first hot tub purchase and Eric answered all our questions. He went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable and happy with the tub! He is quick to respond to questions and delivered exactly what we expected! Would highly recommend Logic Spa!
I have been working with Eric (Logic Spa) for past year and half.Throughout this period Eric has been very professional.He kept our 20year old Hot Tub working flawlessly with an updated control pack and when it came time for a new one worked closely with us to find the perfect one.The removal,install,and haul away went very smoothly and fully operational within hours.Eric is an excellent communicator and always responds to phone calls and texts answering any questions or concerns I have.I would highly recommend Eric (Logic Spa)for any of your hot tub needs.You will be more than satisfied with his knowledge and commitment to insure you are happy with your purchase.
We recently purchased our first refurbished hot tub from Logic Spa at a great price! Eric, the owner, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. He delivered it to our home in a timely manner and even helped my husband set it into place. He is available for help and to answer any questions as we start our journey with our new refurbished tub. We highly recommend Logic Spa!
We bought a hot tub from logic spa over 2 years ago, we have had maintenance done a few times as well. A great experience and always super friendly and professional. Highly recommended
